Lloyd is a seasoned aviation executive with almost 40 years experience in the conduct of global aviation business.  He has held C level executive positions among both established and start-up air operations.  His knowledge and expertise applies to Commercial, Charter, Cargo, Air Ambulance and Defense operations.  Lloyd is a specialist consultant for company strategic planning or re-engineering; feasibility and route analysis; market planning; aircraft procurement and support equipment selection; departmental oversight and re-coordination.  Lloyd attended Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo,Ontario; Canada.

Kira Liskop

Business Projects Coordinator

Kira brings her skills and talents to the Falkirk Partners team from Helicopter-based company platforms while holding a Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License, both M1 and M2 rated. With over seven years experience in heavy overhaul; composite repair; core drilling, fire fighting; logging camp operations; and project co-ordination.  Kira's primary focus is departmental interaction and low-production area recognition; with focus on motivation, self-initiative and communication.  She promotes cohesive team environments and encourages improved maintenance standards through recognition and development of company status-quo and procedures, internal audit systems and procedures.  Kira has proven skills in mentorship; reference material awareness, familiarization and utilization training for engineers, shop assistants, aircraft groomers and operational support staff.

Rob McAleer

Rob  Rob has 22 plus years of experience in diverse industries such as: Telecom, Natural Gas, Retail, Publishing and Air Ambulance markets. Rob attended Universite du Savoie, Chambery, France.  He earned his BA in consumer behavior from University of Guelph in Ontario; Canada and his MBA, specializing in marketing, from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.

Kaiser Akbar

Kaiser has over 10 years of experience as a corporate finance lawyer.  Kaiser has worked as an in-house counsel for investment companies in Canada , and has also worked as a lawyer for law firms in Canada and abroad. Kaiser recently returned to Canada from Moscow , where he worked as a senior capital markets lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Kaiser has listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.  Kaiser has also worked on multi-jurisdictional mergers & acquisitions transactions, reverse take-overs, take-over bids, purchase and sale of businesses. Kaiser has a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Manitoba, Canada and JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada.

 Rob L Smith

Business Practice: Aircraft Technical operation, Maintenance, Import-Export, Airworthiness.

Rob has in excess of 32 years experience in aircraft technical operations and maintenance.  Rob was vice president of maintenance with the start-up of Sunwing and Zoom Airlines of Canada and worked on a National Project for GMEL.  Previous experience includes: 9 years as an Airworthiness Inspector with Transport Canada; 10 years with Saudi Arabia Airlines in Jeddah and extensive exposure to foreign Civil Aviation Authorities maintenance approval requirements. Rob specializes in manual development for AOC and AMO operation; Maintenance Policy and Maintenance Control Manuals; "C" check reviews; MMEL/MEL design and compilation; building of maintenance teams; audits and AMO systems.  Rob holds a Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineering license, M1 and M2 rated; Commercial Instrument rating; Ministers Delegate of Maintenance - allowing issuance of import/export Certificates of Airworthiness for all fixed wing aircraft allowed to operate in Canada.

Tim Sexsmith

Tim has over 30 years of aviation experience commencing his career in the
Canadian Armed Forces and a graduate of Royal Roads Military College in
Victoria British Columbia. During his military career he achieved major
positions in the Training Wing and today still maintains Captain operational
status on the C130 Hercules. Tim has also held positions as training pilot,
simulator instructor, check pilot, flight safety officer as well as an
Acceptance and Standards pilot. With a flight time in excess of 15,000
hours, and a international operational background, Tim has acquired his
flight time in the military on Tudor Jets, C130 Hercules and in his civilian
career on the Airbus A310-200 and 300, Airbus 320, 321 and A 330.

Chuck Bruzell

Business Practice: International Terminal Operations, Ground Support & Planning, Cargo Operations & Logistics

Chuck has 37 years of experience in domestic and international airline operations. He has held various positions with Air Canada including: Passenger Sales and Service; Ground Operations; Station Operations Control and Airport Management.  Chuck was part the start-up team with Grey Hound Air and Roots Air.  With Winport Logistics, which was an international cargo airlines, Chuck was the Station Manager based in China. He has held similar positions with Sky Service Airline of Canada, in Algeria, prior to his return to Canada as the Station Manager at the Toronto Pearson Airport.

Luc Legault

Business Practice: Dispatch & Flight following, Fleet Planning, Crew Scheduling, Operational Costing.

Luc  contributes over 32 years of experience in the global Aviation and Airlines Industry. He is an expert in Operations Control Centre (OCC); Ground handling; fleet and crew Planning.  His experience in day to day operations includes: training, software solutions, budgeting and long term planning.  As a member of the special projects; Luc was deployed to Indonesia, France, Belgium, India, Dar Es Salaam and Kenya. Luc has consulted for Air Tahiti Nui, Trans Air, Air Club International & Royal Canadian Mounted Police, also worked for; Air France, Nordair, Air Transat, Royal Airlines & Canada 3000. Luc has been involved in the start up of: Nationair, Triumph Airways, Saggas International and Sky Bahamas. Luc holds International Trade and Logistics Certification and is a professional photographer.

Sean Sutherland

Business Practice: Safety and Security assessment, implementation and management of facilities, personnel etc.

Sean has over 10 years experience in operational deployments and in various aspects of Security and protection of facilities. Sean has worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, South Africa, Kosovo, and Pakistan , as a security officer and operations Liaison between Government and Military factions. Starting out as a career soldier, opportunity came to move forward into Security and Protection. Experienced in large compound, facility assessment and project safety management, Sean has held project safety management positions in the Middle East, training and developing teams to asses the safety of infrastructures and bring their standards up to a workable and safe environment. Sean implemented occupational health and safety as well as accident investigation experience to his projects to ensure all areas of a safe work place was improved, while ensuring teams stayed cohesive and open to new ideas and communication.
